Mandy Yeates, RN, BSN, MHA, is a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory surgery centers and hospital-based perioperative services. She specializes in building and optimizing high-performing surgical operations, with expertise in physician partnership, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

Originally from the Kansas City, Missouri Northland, Mandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Jewell College and later completed her Master of Healthcare Administration at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, where she lived and worked for more than ten years, leading the development and launch of new hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.

Mandy is committed to providing a safe and personalized, concierge-style experience for outpatient surgery by thoughtfully using technology, innovation, and a guiding belief in treating every patient as she would want her own family to be treated. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time on her hobby farm with her husband and family, including her daughters and grandchildren, where family, hard work, and time outdoors are part of a happy, grounded way of life.
