Board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist Brett Miller, M.D., provides specialized care for sports-related and acute injuries using evidence-based medicine and modern operative techniques, including shoulder arthroscopy. He is dedicated to applying his expertise to improve patients' lives and help them safely return to sport or the workforce.

Dr. Miller completed his undergraduate education at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, before earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas. He then completed both his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

As a team physician for several area colleges and high schools, Dr. Miller is dedicated to helping athletes stay in the game. He is also a member of the US Ski Team Physician Pool and a former Division I and Division II athlete. In his free time, he enjoys exercise and fitness.

Outside of clinic and surgery, Dr. Miller remains committed to enhancing human performance. He is also an entrepreneur and the developer of web-based rehabilitation software.
